The lawmaker representing Iwo federal constituency in the federal legislative chamber, Hon Gafar Amere has enjoined the people of his federal constituency to emulate the sacrificial example of JESUS CHRIST in his easter message.


Speaking through his special adviser on media Mr Shola Kudaisi stated that the greatest sacrifice anybody could give, was to surrender one's life for other people to live a successful life.

The satement reads,

"This world will become a better place for all, if only, people can emulate the sacrificial example of JESUS CHRIST.

Honourable Gafar Akintayo Amere who stated this in an Easter message, said that the greatest sacrifice anybody could give, was to surrender one"s life for other people to live a successful life."

The statement further adds, "Honourable Amere therefore enjoined people especially Christians to be prepared to contribute their own quota to the wellbeing of their neighbours."

"Honourable Amere who represents Iwo-Ayedire-Olaoluwa Federal Constituency at the National Assembly Abuja congratulated Christians for the celebrations of the period adding however that the lesson of Easter should not be lost on them."
